My SO and I spent Christmas together when we did a lot of cooking and eating, as everyone does, but we were only two people (and I can't cook for two, I manage 3 but usually I cook for 5 when I do), so we had a bit of excess food even when we ate more or less all the time. This lead to us feeling rather swollen up most of the time, not to mention rather unhealthy, and since it's currently 81 days until we see eachother again I suggested that we do some kind of exercise 40 hours before we see eachother next, to feel better and to make the time go by quicker (not a resolution, they are too easy to break :P ). It doesn't have to be really hard work out or anything, since we both will have rather busy schedules, a walk or something will do just as well. Although, we also agreed to add on x amount of minutes if we eat sweets, crisps or something like that, or drink soda or some alcoholic drink.
I've got started, my SO is still in India so he can't really do much quite yet but he's been walking a bit (when he gets back to badminton it will go better for him), but I kind of want to have something (apart from the obvious reward of seeing him) to look forward to once we're together again when/if we've done the exercising, but we haven't really found some really good reward quite yet. We've decided on the punishment, what we didn't do we have to double and then do :P But the reward-part is still open, so any ideas?
