    Be a Movie Critic!

Woo first thread in this section.

Anyway, this is something both my guy and I love doing with friends and I figured it would be something fun to do with your SO as well. What you do is find a really horrible movie, I'm talking low-budget senseless plot awful acting singing and dancing bad, and you set up to watch it together either via Netflix or whatever and you keep the IM window with them open to one side and watch. Throughout the film, make fun of it, give commentary, laugh, complain, whatever. What I like doing is making jokes as scenes happen or 're-writing' the dialogue. Alone, these things are a waste of time, but with someone else they become a memory you look back on and laugh and you may end up watching it again!

Minor warning though, the films I've watched tend to try and make up for their awful movies with nudity, mostly boobs, so check ratings if you're sensitive to that.

Some of the movies I recommend:

Poultrygeist! (lots of boobs, some rather weird moments, gore, and catchy songs)

    Bloodsucking Redneck Vampires (boobs)

    Teeth (two words: vagina dentata)

Forbidden Zone (boobs, no plot, but Danny Elfman's in it and he sings!)

And if you guys can stand it, watch Disney sequels, those are always bad! Feel free to add to the list of movies.

      Movies I like:

      The Exorcist (OLD SCHOOL VERSION)

      A Walk To Remember

      P.S. I Love you

      A Bronx Tale

      Monsters Inc.

      Cars

I really like horror films but I find that most of them are just so stupid, I can't handle it. I want to watch something thats going to scare me and I find all the new movies just can't scare me. I like all of the old school horror films though. I got into chick flicks when I got into my LDR. For some reason they just made me feel good. I LOVE Pixar movies. DIsney not so much but I reallllly love Pixar movies.

My SO and I do that whenever we are watching a movie together! We talk over headset while doing so. Movies we have watched: "Lady In The Water" and "The Time Traveller's Wife".

It's also a good way to tell the boyfriend he better respect you. XD "Treat me nice or I throw some Halloween fangs up in there."
