For Geeky/Video Game Addict LDR Couples...

    Steam is a magical thing.

Me and my boyfriend play Left 4 Dead 2 in co-op. He usually wins. I usually accidentally shoot him...woops.

It is one of the ways I feel closer to him while we're apart.

We tried League of Legends recently, I still need to get the hang of that one.

    Also Ruzzle. Ruzzle excites us.

He can shame me. His native language is not English and he still beats me...almost every single time.

Steam is actually how we met, so I can only agree: Steam is a magical thing.

I like it for all its free/cheap games. I would suggest you check out the humble bundle (just google humblebundle). You can get a bundle of 6-8 games for $1 / $6 and sometimes there's multiplayer games in it. The last one we bought had a lotr game, which is multiplayer and before that we bought one with Trine 2 - which I can only recommend.

I just watched that Trine 2 launch trailer thing and now I'm super excited.

      Must play now.

I need to get a good controller for my computer...right now I have a N64 controller because I got really into project 64...but it doesn't have quite the maneuverability I want. I tend to die when i use it on anything not related to nintendo 64. lol

I will be researching this humblebundle now...

I'm on steam! I'm a bit of a rookie but I love it!
I play alone though, cause my SO is always busy and I don't really know anyone on there or how to play multiplayer games! haha See, rookie. lol

I've been on steam forever, lol. My SO doesn't really use it, though, because he can't really afford many games and we don't have much time to play things together. Still a great platform, though.

I would appreciate lists of anymore games you've played with your SO LD. My SO and I play games right now before he moves, just need a better list of multiplayer, not together games.

                  Yeahhhh, Steam.

Orcs Must Die 2 (a tower defense-style game) is also a fun co-op game for two players. You also can often get it cheaply during their seasonal sales.

I made a thread a looong time ago to find out each others steam names, but it got barely any response and died quickly I'd love to have an LFAD group there! So great to see there's so many of us ^^
