Oh this reminds me, if you want to fancy it up a bit you can find a lot of handmade metal stamped jewelry on Etsy (love that place so many cute handmade items). So many different options, some with both your names, dates, birth stones, necklaces, quotes, bracelets the options are endless. I'll probably be buying some for Christmas.

Aww, those are so sweet. I was thinking about engraved necklaces, but dog tags are really cool too, and alot cheaper. I might have to look at getting some of these as a cute little gift sometime!
