His college started already and my final year at school will start in 2 weeks so we'll both be busy with things so I doubt we could manage really doin that :/

I'm currently studying, and he works, and we still manage to keep the diary interesting. trust me - give it a go!

Trust me - laziness goes away with these kind of things. You get super keen to share love with your SO that you just put so much effort into it. It doesn't actually take too long, either.

I agree with Sarah M. After awhile it gets to be second nature of writing in the journal as you want your SO to know what have been going that day and sharing your thoughts with them.
I felt silly the first time i wrote a journal but when my SO told me how much she loved it i started another one right away.
When we are so far away and have such limited time together anything that lets them be a part of your everday life is cherished.
