This may be something for couples to try. I know it worked for me and my SO while we were dating.

One of you start a story, or a poem, and then you each take turns at writing parts to each other. You can send them anyway you like (me and my SO started on MSN, then email and finally snail mail).

As an example, me and my SO 'adopted' persona's for a poem. I was the gallant Knight, she was the Angel. The Poem was the medium for us to express our love to each other and just how much we meant to one another.
