Hey guys.

Just wanted to share with you that me and my boyfriend tried the "watching tv together" idea under the list of "things to do in an LDR".

So, we were really bored the other night, and he told me he was watching Finding Nemo on Disney Channel so i put it on too. We texted throught the whole movie. Talking about it.laughing about it. It was seriously the most fun weve EVER. (well the most fun weve had from a distance since we havent met yet.)

It put BOTH of us in such a good mood

So yup, just wanted to share!

That's awesome =) My boyfriend and I end up watching TV together on the phone, but we never plan it... we just like similar shows and channels. We'll end up watching food network, Conan, and Pawn Stars together.

And Sabby, I agree with Hannah. You can sync up watching shows online together. Hulu is a pretty awesome site for that =) not only that, but most channel websites play full episodes anyway.

This sounds like a GREAT idea! I will have to find some time where my SO is available to do this. One of our favorite things to do, so far, has been to eat the same dinner together on Skype.

My boyfriend and I have recently made a little tradition of watching Glee the next day online together. It's fun watching each other laugh and respond to the different parts of the show. And we can talk about it. Doing that with him makes me want to sit beside him and just watch TV, and share that with him. Plus we both have really interesting reactions, so it can be pretty entertaining, haha.

That sounds nice (: I was thinking about starting a kind of routine of this with him once Doctor Who starts again, since it is both of our favorite shows! But with the time difference (five hours, and different tv channels) it's kind of hard to coordinate things like that for us.

My boyfriend and I do this too. We have netflix and just look for something to watch together. Sometimes we leave skype on to see our reactions through the movie.

Cute! We do this too. We try to synch up videos and watch each other on webcam at the same time. He also got a wicked HD camera, so I end up hearing his TV clearly and we'll watch a random show together.
