Things to do in PA?

Okay so I'll be going to PA to see my SO for the holidays.
What would be some cool things for us to do in PA? I've never been there and I heard it gets colder there during winter.

We will be near Erie if that helps.

Things to do in Erie....nothing. Seriously, especially in the winter. I'd plan lots of movies with cozy snugglings.
