Can E-Cigarettes be used in airports?

I know that airports are smoke-free now but wondered if they would allow one to use an E-cigarette? Those have no actual smoke and can help curb the urge to smoke a real cigarette during long layovers.

All airports have different rules, but because there's no smoke and no smell from an e-cig, you can definitely use it in the bathroom, at least! I think that's what I'd do, because some of them look pretty real, and you do blow a smoke resembling vapor out, you might freak people out doing it out in the open.

I believe they are allowed in the airport but not on the plane. My ecig has a blue tip so if u mistake that for a real one ur a dumbass lol.

Thanks ya'll! I did do some research on this and TSA rules and they are allowed in your on board luggage and can be used in the airports. Good! I found a disposable one online for only $9.95 and may order that just for the trip. I don't need an entire kit.
