Just a quick question in regards to the Youth Mobility Scheme visa. I'm in England and I was wondering, is there a limit on how many hours you're allowed to work?

No restrictions, but some places seem to be convinced that legally you can only work one job for up to 12 months... Dunno why, but that's lost me a few job offers, once they realised the visa type. So don't let any employers tell you that, it's not true!

Yeah I was watching the UK border security show and they were saying on a working holiday visa you can only work 12 months of the 2 years you're allowed in the country. So I was thinking..hmm does that include the YMS visa? But thanks for clearing it up. I'm about to work a Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week but it's only temporary.Comment
