Some days after Fontainebleau, we decided to go further, with dad as well, and we visited Provins, which is about one hour away from my place - it's 77 km away from Paris and it takes 1:10 hour with train (Transilien, line P). Provins is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. What is worth visiting there is the old town, this is where we went.

The battlements of Provins, and the entrance to the old town.

The old town, which now is very touristic.

We went to Tour César (Caesar Tower), in which we can go to the top, and have a view on the Collegiate Church Saint-Quiriace. This tower served as a prison, and English soldiers built a wall around it during the Hundred Years War.

Lio the guide. Listening to him may not be the wisest idea..

We then went to Collegiate Church Saint-Quiriace, a gothic church built during the 12th century.

We ended the visit of Provins at the Tithe Barn Museum.

And of course, the couple picture.
