Tuesday, at home sick, I called US immigration to attempt to confirm my change of address. After waiting on hold for two hours, they hung up on me.

Wednesday, after work, I called US immigration to attempt to confirm my change of address. Guy refused to transfer me to someone who could actually help and then told me their "systems were down" and he couldn't transfer me even if he wanted to.

Thursday, during work, I called US immigration to attempt to confirm my change of address. I'm told the wait is 90 minutes and after "just" 50 minutes a lady picks up. Address change confirmed. Plus, my application will not be transferred to a local office which usually means it gets approved faster. (although had it actually been approved faster it would have already been approved, but that's besides the point! It can still be approved faster than slow) Here's to hoping!!

Yeah yeah, do a dance with me now!

And since I'm ridiculously bored at work because all my classes have been pulled for exams thus leaving me with nothing to do (well it did give me the ability to be on skype for about an hour), here's a picture of me being excited. Because pictures are better than words.

(I know my application has yet to be approved, and I know I have so much further to go, but I learned a long time ago that in these marathon events you really have to celebrate small accomplishments. So celebrate dammit! Someone drink booze for me, I'm still on antibiotics)
