SO If you remember I couldn't figure out what to wear for our pictures. I think I finally decided. It took a couple of trips to TJ Maxx, but I got there eventually. (Now my problem is what coat/jacket to wear...)
I found this top (I know you said I shouldn't do a grey top, lucybelle.... but... but... sigh. I couldn't help it. It sucked me in...)
So my problem is what tank top do I wear under it? The first one (which is a racerback tank) the second one, which is just a cami, or do I wear a "normal" tank top (I have one from ON in 3 different colors, lol, white, navy blue, and hot pink)? I'm planning on wearing my dark skinny jeans and my purple heels for the pictures, and I'll be carrying/wearing my black sparkly flats.
So, I have a camel colored coat (Old Navy.... what can I say. I'm addicted.), a navy blue (practically black) peacoat, and my everyday fleece - black, with a small Purdue "P" on the left side. I'm anticipating that it will be chilly enough to want to wear a coat for the majority of the outdoor pictures, but I imagine I'll suck it up and take it off for a few of them.
Oh, and that necklace. Yes/No? I'm kind of a fan of it (plus it was crazy on sale) and I'm thinking about wearing that for pictures too. Hair down is a must, because I know I'll be sad later if I don't. (And I know he'll be sad too, lol) I've already asked him if we can stop by a store on the way back from the airport so I can pick up my preferred hair products, since the only mousse that my hair cooperates with is too big for a carry-on bag.
And look! No glasses!! I'm finally back in contacts, my friends. Turns out my new eye dr was probably right with the whole "I'm now allergic to silicone" nonsense. And today I'm finally wearing my correct prescription, yaaaay! Seeing clearly is a magical thing.
I had to google peacoat because I didn't know what that was. I think the peacoat would look nice, they are great, but it'll practically cover your whole outfit. Perhaps investing in a navy blue.. er, I don't know what they are called... Those short jackets that don't cover your kidneys. Not as warm true, but you can't really tell that you're freezing your balls off in pictures and you can rug up after.
Get advice from someone else first though because I suck at fashion.
I guess I'll have to try them all on when I get home from work tonight and post more pictures. Bummer...
