-Our first date was him taking me out for my birthday at a local Italian restaurant.
-I was able to read the journal he kept while in basic. Made me cry how much I really was on his mind a lot, besides just the letters.
-Got my Army build-a-bear made with his voice saying 'I love you' in French to sleep with when he is away.
-Sharing food/drinks. I loved being able to do this with him (especially when it was passed mouth to mouth ;D) Also he became my own garbage disposal, eating what I could not finish. Dang that man is a bottomless pit XD
-Singing songs in the car together. Or just in general listening to him sing. He has a good voice.
-When I said I had a song stuck in my head, he would stop what he was doing and played it for me. Tee hee :3
-He knows Eddie Izzard! He definitely won a lot of kuddos points with this. And so of course we cuddled and watched him together.
-He introduced me to his favorite show, Red Dwarf. Definitely can't wait to watch some more!
-Also showing each other our favorite youtube videos.
-Gaming together, especially Civilization :3
-He made me oreo cheesecake. Something he has been promising me since we started talking, and it was YUMMY!
-Wearing his dog tags.
-Teaching him Spanish. His new favorite word is beso of course. XD
-Of course, the countless hugs, kisses, cuddles, and play fights.
-I got to steal one of his shirts to wear on those extremely lonely nights while he is away.
-Catching him on our last night trying to leave me a letter on the night stand in the middle of the night. Not very sneaky :P
-And of course my favorite, him wearing his uniform to walk me out and say good bye. Definitely broke down crying, especially when I looked in my rear view mirror and saw him doing the I love you signal we started doing to each other during the visit.
I'm sure there is more that I'll edit in as I think of them. But the only let down about meeting though is now we know exactly what we are missing. Laying in my own bed sucks so much now that I got used to his. Guh, I just hope the time goes by fast until we can see each other again
But one thing is for sure, this was the best seven days. I cannot wait to be in his arms again!
