PARTNER VISA PROCESS UK to Australia

How do you have a relationship from UK
When girlfriend is in Australia
If you can only go on holiday visa.
I've done two trips this year so far
Flew over 28th December 2016
Stayed all of January
Returned to uk in February 2nd
Flew back in March and returned in June 8th.
I want to live with Partner and work there.
HOW do Immigration calculate time spent with each other.
I know there's a 12 month period of waiting before you can register relationship.
Can I apply earlier for a Partner visa?

I have no experience with it so I think you should read as much as possible about it and then see if you can find a forum for UK visas, I'd assume there are a lot of people who need information about this

I would honestly just do a lot of research on this topic. ^ i agree with the top comment, the IAS immigration company or the James Freeman give you a one-off telephone advice service so you may be able to ask them about this. Other than that, i do know that if you're in a long distance relationship and wanting to apply for a spouse visa you'll need to provide a lot of evidence, so photographs, emails/messages to each other and more over a course of a long time. I'd say the more the better, i believe you have to prove you have a solid relationship at least for two years? I'm not an expert just going from what I know. It seems that to apply for a Partner visa, you either have to get married or in a at least 12 month "de facto relationship", which I take to mean that you must have lived together previously, "common law marriage". The easiest way is to get married, as always.

It is also possible to apply for a Fiance visa for 9 months and marry on that visit, apply for Partner visa and then apply for another visa to be able to stay while waiting for the Partner visa.
