Aww! Congratulations! Still waiting for our visa to go through, but that is amazing news!
He's in Canada, I'm in the US, and so I filed the Fiance Visa for him to come here, and then we marry in 90 days. The UK is probably a little different, but how long ago did you guys File? We filed in November and are still waiting on ours, I know it's like a 6-7 month wait, but we're starting to get anxious! It's been 5 months.. so I'm hopeful that we hear something in the upcoming months. It's hard! I mean, we only get to see eachother once a year, so this should be a piece of cake, but it almost feels longer!Comment

I just applied for a holiday working visa. It only took 4 days to get which I couldn't believe. Eventually we will probably have the same difficulties as you Velexane but for now this was the easiest way to get over there.Comment
