Countdown jars =)! So, I know someone whose husband is currently deployed overseas. As she is now in a LDR, I decided to make her countdown jars. The marbles cost me about $2 for 200 at Walmart. The jars were old spaghetti sauce glass jars I had at home, and you can get the letter stickers for about $1 at Target. 
I used acrylic paint to paint the lids, as I'm an artist and have Liquitex basics brand acrylic paint at home, but you can get the small tubes of off-brand acrylic paint for like 90 cents a bottle at Michaels (or you can just any kind of paint that isn't watercolor paint! xD). I'm more of a visual/kinesthetic person, so being able to see AND touch my countdown was awesome . I'm totally making this for myself, I had fun making it!
