he's going to be home that weekend so we are going to dinner. i'm making him a homemade card with the reasons why i love you, and im making him cupcakes and making him a cd with the songs that remind me of him. kind of cliche but i know he'll love it.

Matt and I have never been together for a Valentine's Day. In 2009, I was away for two weeks, but we were able to exchange gifts when I got back. Last year was the first year we were apart, and posted each other gifts. This year, we've decided to save money for my visit over there at the end of the year and also focus on one present for both our two year anniversary (February 6) and Valentine's. I got him a lovely shirt like the one he wore out to dinner when he was here on New Year's Eve. I have no idea what he has for me!!!

Okay, I'm getting the package ready to ship off today, I'm sending him an adorable little V-day teddy bear, some chocolates, an energy drink, some of his favorite body wash, some Ritz crackers, a Subway card and a V-day and anniversary card too

It's nothing too extravagant, I'm saving that for when he comes up the week after.

Im making him some valentines cookies, i went to hobbycraft yesterday to pick up the supplies.. I think i actually spent more on that than i would a present but oh well, hes worth it, and i like the idea of home made presents. Im also making his card, i need to pick up a bunch of buttons for that.

Meh, my boyfriend will even be here for Valentine's day, but I have exams 14th, 15th and 16th... yay NOT. He'll be here with a good friend of ours, so the three of us will probably go out for a nice dinner on the 16th

I'm getting him the candy gram/my heart is in ___ sticker/and a customized heart from this site! Wish I could get him more, but I need to save as much money as possible to go see him in March! Without a job, it's hard to do all the things you want to do!

Im going to send him a cushioned envelope (the ones with plastic inside) which is filled with many many red paperhearts and I make little envelopes in red and dark-red which have each one reason why I love him so much.
Then I will string them on a nice ribbon so it looks like a little bracelet or a garland.

I do not send him anything else because we do not celebrate V-day in Switzerland like in America. Just someting little and I know he will appreciate it

I Printed a bunch of pictures from our Christmas together, bought frames for the 2 of his favorite ones! I also bought some little heart pieces of 5X6 paper, and mounted some of my favorite pictures on them so they look a little framed. lol. I also bought him a teddy bear (so cliche, I know, but he is super cheesey like me ) I also gave him some chocolates for his Mommy who was so wonderful to me over Christmas! lol. I am also making him a card! OH! AND, I printed out some pictures of when we first met, and of my first visit in a little album so he can take it with him on his trips to the mountains for work during the week (theres no telephones) and the internet sucks! lol. I also printed out pictures of my life before I met him (important people in my life, places i've been, etc.) Just so we can have stuff to talk about on video-chat, i guess conversation starters I think that is it! I think I am going to send it this weeeekkkenddd!! Especially since it is going international to MExico!
