Hi LFAD Forum!! 
My name is Erin and I'm from the US of A. My boyfriend's name is Dean and he is from Greenwich, England (he'll be joining here soon). We met on penpal website about 2.5 years ago. Though we did not start out as a relationship because I was already in another LDR. My ex visited here for a month the summer of '09. That, however, ended very VERY badly. My ex was a cheater, manipulator, lier, and everything thing else. During and after that, life got hard for me. I'm sure I didn't help myself on some occasions but I was very depressed and not so good. But Dean was there for everything, literally everything, through my bad relationship. He never gave up on me and he still doesn't. He's always there. I try to be like him in the sense that is so amazing, friendly, loving, caring, funny, and a goof
I'm not sure where I would be without him. He is definitely my rock! I made my feelings for him known the night before he went into surgery but we didn't make "facebook" official until about 2 months after that. Long list of reasons why, but it still has happened. Our 4 month anniversary is tomorrow, actually 
Anyways, we have an amazing relationship though we have not met in person yet. We write letters, send little gifts, Skype and chat all the time. Times can be hard for us and we always cheer each other up in some way. We hope to make our relationship "official" and meet next summer That's what our sights and hearts are set on.
So, I just wanted to introduce and tell a little about myself and boyfriend. I hope to learn a lot from this site, as I've been looking for one like this for some time.
