Hi and congratulations on your wedding.

Im in a similar situation now. I've been in a LDR for about 2.5 years and my boy has visited me several times in my homeplace at Mexico and I ve been also a tourist in Switzerland 3 months from february till april 2011 and another time from august till november 2012. This helped me a lot with learning german and having ideas for a new job. We are getting married next year!! I applied for a wedding visa a week ago and im waiting for a response at the moment.

It will be nice to hear some success stories from other swiss LDR!
