Good luck! My grandmother is quitting too now, her doctor told her that it takes 3 days for the nicotine to get out of your system. After that, it's just getting rid of the habit. I know you can do this if you really want to
Well done =) It takes a huge amount of motivation to do this, I know because my SO has made the effort to change his ways and give up smoking. He knows he's been smoking too much, he's been smoking since he was 12, and he's gone from smoking a whole pack to around 4 cigarettes a day even though it has been a tremendous effort on his behalf.
Good luck and stay strong!! This is amazing, good choice in giving up the smoking!! You can doo it!!!
My SO used to be a really heavy smoker before he met me, he finally quit around the time he met me, he quit due to how scared he was for his health as well as this tip from this old lady who smoked and he visited in hospital I think..
Great for you! I'm seriously proud of you. This is a really good thing for your health and that of those around you. It's also fucking hard to quit smoking and I commend you for sticking it out!
Congratulations! Sending you lots of strength and patience its a rough process!
Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again.
And meeting again, after moments or lifetime, is certain for those who are friends.
