Don't feel bad about yourself. You're doing really well. You managed to stop yourself after half a cigarette. I think that's a huge step! You knew what you were doing, and were able to stop before you finished it. Keep trying, and you'll get it down.

Congratulations on getting on the road to better health! I heard that things begin to taste better after quitting. Like anything worth having it's challenging..but totally doable!
Aww don't feel bad, the whole quitting smoking this is a process, I'm sure it will get a whole lot better in times to come! Actually my SO when he quit smoking he quit smoking gradually from many many cigarettes a day to none at all by smoking only half a cigarette each time he felt he needed one. He got the tip that only half a cigarette is enough to quench a nicotine craving. I've been hesitant to say this because I don't know if it will help you, but just know you CAN do it, and it's a process, and just remember WHY you're doing this. YOU CAN DO IT!!! GOOOO ENGEL!!!

so yeah.. almost 4 days and one cig total, if you put the halves together.
Not bad, but I guess I expected be to be better, I dont know. resist more? dont know if im being too hard on myself. but i could have doe worst, considering how many i smoked per day.
I hope it gets better soon.

Aww yeah don't be so hard on yourself! I think you're doing great, reducing is a great start, just keep remembering why you want to quit and push yourself to go longer without and I'm sure you're cravings will go away soon! Be strong, you can do it!!!
