I have never found it easy to be without the love of my life but good communication helps and each day knowing that you are one day closer helps as well.

I agree with what most have said. I think some parts gets easier and others just never do. With only a few months left you would think I could handle it all, but stuff that bothers me from the beginning still stings just as hard. Develop some pride about all that you are doing to be long-distance. I sat around and listened to a bunch of people cancel their lives next Tuesday for V-day, and while it hurt to hear all that, at least I know things I am doing are making it a stronger relationship.
