I Love Him/Her Today Because...

Because this morning he said he didn't know what he was going to do next week without me here

I love him today because he's missing me as much as I miss him and isn't afraid to tell me when he's hurting.

I love him because he was so excited to come see me that he didn't call telling me he was leaving, he was at the gas station tanking up to tell me he was on his way to come see me!!

And I love him because even though he got into the accident, as the accident happened, his first thought was of ME amd he called me to calm himself. <3

I love him today because he's there for me when I need him.
Also because I'm going to be worried about him and missing him until he gets back, but he cares enough to let me know where he will be so that I know why he won't be around and if I'll be able to contact him or not.

It's a two-fer today! But I love him today because he wished my best friend and step-sister a Happy Birthday. I just thought it was sweet of him to take a minute and do that.

Because after knowing each other for 6 years and being a couple for over 2 1/2, he still opens the door for me (every time), cooks for me and tells me he loves me every single chance he gets. I love him because he still acts cute and grumpy when I forget to send him a kiss in response to his kiss. He's just as amazing as he was years ago. I love him.

I love him today because after all this time together, when his internet crashes, he always comes back on and says he missed me. And that's only after 5 minutes or so :P God, I love that man.

I have had two nightmares where Dylan's been in them to save me (from my ex, both times) and yesterday morning, I was dreaming about scary mutant cats (it never sounds as scary once your out of the nightmare, does it? ) and he called on his way to work, breaking me out of the nightmare. When I text messaged him later in the day to thank him for saving me, he wrote back, "That's what we do now." When I mentioned I don't seem to ever save him, he wrote back "What do you think being with me is?"

*melt* That has to be the sweetest thing any man has ever said to me. I love him for making me feel special.

I love him today because I called him in tears and woke him up at 3am saying I needed to talk to him and he got up and talked to me for two hours and said he was really happy I called.

I love him today because during my visit we walked around the mall and I gave him a look as we were going down the escalator and he asked, "Do you want to try on rings?" Whatever would give you that idea, SO?

AND he has a plan! He said he has a couple of ideas and will take them with him wherever he ends up going and asking which one is within his budget. YAY.
