Booked It!

Eeee! Booked my trip! I leave on the 23rd of July and return home on the 13th of September. 88 days until I get to spend 52 (well, 50 full) days with my partner!

I'm a little bit anxious, as I generally am after booking a trip, but overall, I am terribly excited! I cannot wait and it feels so wonderful having an official countdown again!

I can't wait until he wakes. He went to bed before I had to tutor, so not only will he wake up to a message with a plan for our Skype date this weekend, but to a wall post saying that someone - gee, wonder who - has booked their ticket to Dublin and that we have a new countdown! Hopefully he finds it a nice surprise.

Yes! Having a countdown definitely makes the distance easier for the both of us to deal with. It's a bit late in the game, as I'd hoped to book at the beginning of April, but hey, least I got it and for under 1100.00 too!
