It was everything I hoped for and more. It's like we'd always been together.

4000 miles. When the plane touched down, I literally ran to him. When we saw each other, we were equally breathless. When we could breathe enough to speak, we couldn't stop laughing and almost crying and yet we were already arguing over who was going to carry my bags. :P It wasn't awkward or anything... it felt like home to me, and I wish I hadn't had to leave.

He asked me to marry him, as I knew he wanted to, and of course I said I would. His parents don't approve one bit, but... what can you do, hm? I'm happier than I've been in years and years.
