I definitely would find it incredibly rude if SO would turn his head to follow a girl walk by. It is natural to notice beauty in both sexes, but one should have enough sense not to do that when they are with their SO. I would also never make a comment to my guy about how good looking another guy is, unless it's a movie star For some reason those don't bother me even if he said he found so and so hot.
