I don't really have PMS symptoms-- I scored an 18 out of 100 ("mild symptoms"), which is consistent with what I feel. For the most part, I am in control of my emotions and do not experience physical pain, but on occasion I will find myself more moody than usual or a little bit bloaty. That's about it.

I'm really surprised at the number of people who have really awful symptoms. ):

Just as a note related to the topic, there was a study done-- I can't find it right now, but I do remember reading it-- that found that people (men) generally can't actually tell when a woman has PMS.

I got "moderate". Mostly I just get hungry as a mofo and want lots of chocolate/ice cream/cookies. I never feel like going out because I don't feel like putting on sexy clothes. My back always hurts a little, but usually just to being uncomfortable. And recently I've been getting headaches, but that's because of the new BC pill I'm on.

One thing I've always known about myself, but it's surprising me again reading these replies, is that I never have any symptoms before my period actually starts. Maybe a cramp or two, but nothing bad, and nothing emotional. My symptoms all start after my period. It always starts in the afternoon (weird...), and that night I get cramps, and the next day I'm angry. I never felt weird before it. So I guess I just have menstrual syndrome...

very interesting how its so different on each body's
i really wish i wouldn't have these symptoms, i knw for a fact that's because of the IUD, but pills n the implant did not worked on me. so until i find some other BC that works better for me ill have to deal w them.
something that i found so cool about my SO is that from the beginning of our relationship ig he started on having track of my periods n as time went by he would ask me if im on my days or will start very soon lol, he can tell just by the way i talk or text , i kinda like this n love it most of times bcos he has learned to deal with me very well when i get PMS on his own unique way
