Going through a rough patch in my relationship now, this easily brought tears to my eyes. As much as I'm unsure of my own feelings now, I know that if something similar happened to me, I wouldn't forgive myself for acting like a brat right now and take what we have for granted. Even reading the replies i watched it. It's very touching and it is sad. What the girl did though, trying to help him move on..its a good short movie.

I think the title is deliberately misleading though, and that it's not about LDRs at all. Some good ideas in there for LDRs though.

And depressing. But most good short films tend to be that.

Was a bit depressing. But it was, creatively speaking, very well done. I guess I chose to view it as a positive rather than a negative...a positive because I really do feel lucky to have my guy. Nothing is ever guaranteed - and as morbid as it might sound - I've even frighteningly imagined that this is still too good to be true and that his plane will somehow not make it here. All this hard work we put into him moving here and something bad happens...

I think it's easy to forget to count our blessings; I guess we all need a reminder from time to time. I hit pause after 20 seconds of the video though... the mood I'm in right now, I can't bear to watch.
