I also took a personality test for my work awhile back and it did say that I tend to show love/appreciation through physical acts of affection (hugs, hand on the shoulder, hand shake, etc). I thought about it, thinking it wasn't true for a while, but then I realize that I always find myself needing to be physically near my SO and I show my affection for him with simple touches (stroking his back, playing with a piece of his hair, etc); Little things I hadn't considered until I really thought about it!
Also, I'd imagine that "quality time" was a given because you don't get much when you both are apart! When you are together, you gotta gabble that time up!
