But just want to add that it's also wonderful to watch because it proves that LDR can and do work. Just takes some effort from both parties to keep in touch & one day that distance will be closed.

It really can work! We haven't quite closed the distance yet, it was just the first meeting, so exciting, mostly for me i reckon (going across the world, never been outside of europe before eheh). But one day we will close that damn distance! Thank you, and good luck to you too!

90 minutes for luggage? what on earth :O Luckily I had the same airline all the way so I didn't have to check in my luggage on my transits.
Few minutes? o,o Guess i was lucky then, thought I would have to pay for it, but i found a little café with free wi-fi and even the possibility to charge my laptop.

Yup. I almost picked a 2.5 hour transit time instead of 6 hours, thank god I didn't because I would have missed my flight!

And I didn't plan my first trip out well (first time booking my own international trip). So I had to go through security in Paris and check into my flight to Tallinn from there. Now I book it via codeshared flights, so I have the same situtation as yourself.

Now I'm thinking about making a video when I'm back with my missus.

That sure sounds like a hassle, also lucky you picked the long transit! (still can't believe you had to wait 90 min for luggage).
