We have quite a lot of songs that we consider 'our' songs but one in particular right now is playing on my mind and I know it's not exactly a 'Love' song but..

The last trip me and my SO were together, like 4 days til the end of the trip I realised we hadn't done something (which is kinda silly) that I wanted us to do together during the visit - watch the last Twilight movie at the cinemas. because I had to leave from Heathrow and always stay in a hotel in London the night before my flight, we ended up booking to see the movie at the cinema in Leicester Square in London.. on the last night we were together. The movie was a really good distraction until right at the end, I cried at the most stupid things in the movie cos I was very emotional about leaving. The end credit song came on and we were the only ones left in the cinema, we ended up staying almost all the way through the song because we had lost something and were trying to find it..

anyway, I love the song, but I always go right back to that moment when I listen to it, the lyrics in the chorus quite ironically are "Baby don't forget my name when the morning breaks us.. oh your touch so bittersweet" and I was leaving him the next day.

Anyway.. the song is Bittersweet - Ellie Goulding. amazing song, horrible memories of leaving.. makes me emotional but I just can't stop listening - guess I'm feeling nostalgic.
