We mostly call each other baby..
He used to call me baby girl a lot, when we first started dating, not so much anymore.
Sometimes.. just plain old Cyn (my name is Cynthia).
He rarely uses my full name, you know something's wrong when he calls me Cynthia!

We also call each other mirror (before we started dating we found out that we had so many similarities we were like each other's mirror)!

He calls me Drea or Dre sometimes. I am not a giant fan of him calling me that .. but i am okay with it, cause he is the only one who ever called me that.

I call him by his last name sometimes. I also call him a smart ass, cause he is one.

He also have these incredibly dorky nicknames for each other because we both like Pokémon (anyone else out there?) He calls me Lass Lori, and he is Ace (as in, Ace Trainer). We bonded over our mutual geekiness XD

well, we broke up about 2 months ago, but i still remember the ways he used to call me.
i felt in heaven when he called me "minha Bellinha", that means "my little Bella" (my name is Izabella). he also would call me dear, darling, sweetheart, baby girl, gorgeous, sexy, my angel and my princess. i miss it.
i used to call him baby, darling, lindo and meu amor (my love, in Portuguese). right when we started, i called him my silly Sully.

a few months before our break up, we started calling each other wifey and hubby. i miss that too
