Most of us have had it and know that it sucks and hurts more than just about anything.
I just went through it a few days and then had the pain reinforced with the news that a friend of mine and his long distance GF broke up and it was super discouraging since I'd -just- messaged him asking how he did it (they were further apart than my SO is from me).
So it's just super hard and I'm getting into that paranoid, worried, scared, miserable mindset. It's not a good combo.
How have you gotten yourself out of the blues? Tips? Advice?

I will be going through similar in a few days, although I will be insanely busy and our next visit is already planned! So I have something to look forward to.
