He married me But seriously, doing all the visa crap and all that waiting for me when he could have given up is the best thing he's done for me. He's a champ, that's for sure!

He has an amazing voice and he and his friend formed a band just to make me a CD for my birthday! They worked on it for three months! They are currently working on a third CD and are writing their own music!

I hope the links work. The best part is that neither of them has ANY musical training. Mitch plays every instrument and CANT read music. He's a prodigy and plays by ear. Fred has perfect pitch and does every vocal including the backing vocals and harmonies. Their talent amazes me, but the fact that they would take 3months of their time to do this for ME is amazing!

They did a cover of the Fuel song Bad Day, which is a rock song. Mitch changed it to strings and they slowed it down....amazing. I will post a link to that when it is on you tube.

It was our first trip together abroad and we had gone to Paris (almost four years ago). I was wearing boots with relatively high heels (we've all done stupid stuff at some point in our lives) and it was the third day of our stay, and by then every step I took was pure agony. We were at the Père-Lachaise cemetary and I just couldn't go on anymore so we sat on a bench and he insisted on rubbing my feet, through socks that I had been wearing all day long. I kept insisting that it was gross, but he didn't care. Later he left me at the bench and went to take a picture of Oscar Wilde's grave just because I wanted one.

My SO did that at the end of his friend's wedding. I was so tired and sore from dancing in lady shoes all night and as we were all sat waiting for taxi, he insisted on rubbing my feet. Most of his friends were there but he didn't even care.
