NEED ADVICE! pregnancy scare and staying abroad for another month and two weeks

Guys I need your advice. I'm currently staying with my SO in his country and I'm on birth control, but my period is 4 days late. Even tho my pills called Zoely state in the leaflet theres an occasional chance of a period not showing after 24th day i'm panicking because last week i felt a bit nausea a few times during last two weeks. Maybe one or three times usually around evening when we went to store. That was before my period should come.

Fast forward. My last period was 26th October and I started the pill pack on 5th day of my period on 30th October. We had unprotected sex 2 days before my period, but if I took my pills on period they should be effetive right?

Then our sex has been without condom since 10th of november, since im on the pill and ive always taken it on time. But he never came inside. We used the pull out.

I did a pregnancy test last night, but it was negative. So what could it be?

I'm in panic mode because I'm not going home until 11th january which would make it 11 weeks since my last period and if I were to be pregnant i'd no longer be able to decide if i can abort because our law is 10 weeks.
My SO is supporting and everything but its not enough, I'm still panicking.
So what should I do? Keep testing? How long till test can pick something up if something went wrong?

I am staying in Turkey so if anyone here of you knows for any options what could I do. Please post.

Otherwise i was thinking if I wouldn't find out whats happening with test i would have to pay my ticket as soon as possible as when it gets more expensive i cant fly back since my current ticket is non changeable.

If you're really worried about pregnancy, go to a clinic and ask a doctor. Other than that, wait until it's the recommended time to take the pregnancy test. It won't give an accurate result 1-2 weeks after.

Yeah, if it's at all possible, see a doctor in Turkey about it. If you can afford it, a consultation will be worth it for your safety and ease of mind.

guys but i only have travel insurance that doesnt cover this. I dont even know how much a test with blood like that would cost?

and wouldnt a test show something last night already if its already a month since my last period?

Ask at the doctor's office. Usually they can tell you before you actually have it taken.

I'm on Zoely too and most of the times I don't or barely get a period. The only thing you can do is see a doctor, if you freak yourself out about it stress will also cause you to be nauseous and not get a period.

Try to relax, it's highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Take your pills on time for the remainder of your trip and use a condom as back up for peace of mind. Take another pregnancy test in a week.

Like someone else said, if you continue to stress about it your period is not likely to show up.

You can take another pregnancy test, or get the doctor to take a pregnancy test or even examine you. Make your SO ask around to get the prices, or Google "hasthane" or "doktor" and your area in Turkey to find info on websites.

My question is - have you been taking the pill regularly before you have been with your SO? The pill only covers the periods in between two packs, not the time before you start using a pack or afterwards if there is no new pills coming. If you have been taking it regularly, it is pretty unlikely that you are pregnant, if not, then there could be a chance.

Guys my period came yesterday night just like for 2 thumbs of blood and so light then its stopped and today it cane in same amount but its stil there. Is ist real period or it may be implantation one?

However my problem is different now. For the past 3 days ive been having calf pain. My leg isnt swollen but hurts to walk then pain goes and comes back. My SO looked and massaged and my veins on back of knee are more visible than on my left where theres almost none visible. Im pale but right leg has one vein thats dark blue. When he massaged it went a bit now its back when i walk.
I stopped BC today and well use condoms because i fear it may be deep vein trombosis. Could it happen after just taking one pack?
I fear and worry and my travel insurance Company said if i call for emergency if it turns out its not acute ill be paying bill myself which we cabt afford. So what do i do. Why would my vein be so visible and dark and my calf feel tense and achy at times?

I'm sorry for your troubles, but I really don't understand why you're asking us instead of a health professional? If you're so keen on an internet diagnosis, Webmd would be a more suitable place. Either use your travel insurance to see a doctor (or pay cash for a private clinic) or go home. Seriously, just go home and see your regular doctor. Staying in a foreign country and asking strangers on the internet about your symptoms could have very serious repercussions on your health.

Your period will probably be further disrupted since you stopped taking BC.

The other poster is correct that your medical questions are better suited to be directed to a medical practitioner. Let your parents send you some money to see a doctor. It's better to safe than sorry.

Thanks guys. Ill use my travel insurance if it gets worse and hopefully itll cover what i need.

Going home is not an option as id have to newly pay my ticket as i cant change my current and i dont have so much cash

Birth control doesn't effect everyone the same. Just because two women happen to be on the Same method does not mean they will have the same reactions. Your reaction and another persons reaction could be similar, or night and day. If you're really concerned about getting pregnant, either use condoms in addition to your pills, or don't have sex. Isn't this the 2nd time you've had a pregnancy scare?
