Additionally to what everyone else said, your stress over this situation can affect your period too. Really, this is a situation you need to discuss with a doctor, there is no other way. And better sooner rather than later. Save yourself the nervewrecking.

Also, if you feel unsafe with the pill, consider using a condom additionally to the pill or switch to a different kind of birth control. Here is a good overview of what's avaible, and you can compare methods there too. Your health, both physically and mentally, should be your top priority, so if you think the pill isn't working for you or you are too insecure with it, there is no harm in trying something else.

It'll take a lot more than words and guns
A whole lot more than riches and muscle
The hands of the many must join as one
And together we'll cross the river

I think you're freaking out over nothing, to be completely honest. For both the vein thing and the pregnancy scare. Like others have stated, if you're truly that concerned, go to a doctor. And possibly use condoms as a back up method when you have sex, since you seem to freak out every time you have a slight symptom.

Anything and pretty much any type of stress can mess your body up. Anything. When I get stressed out, I don't eat, I feel nauseated, and I'm tired all the time. Same type of symptoms as a pregnancy. Also, it can mess your period up, even if you're on BC, and delay it/cause spotting.
