Due to us both being students and him coming from the USA to Germany for christmas, we agreed on smaller presents for each other. I got a pillow with my favorite pictures from him but my absolut favorite christmas present was a professional photo shooting for the two of us so we could have awesome looking pictures of the two of us to frame and look at while we are apart.

I got giftcards and money this year from family and friends. People always say those are the cheesiest types of gifts to give, but they're actually my favorite!

That's what I got from my family too. Along with wine and chocolate. They did well
My SO and I don't send each other presents anymore, because the ones we've sent in the past have always gotten lost, so we treat each other during our visits.

He even got the size right, I have really tiny wrists, most bracelets fall straight off but this one was so small it is perfect.

I wish I knew how to get a pic on here!! It's so beautiful, even the clasp is exquisite. I am so lucky, he picked exactly right, I love it.

It's that time of year again guys, time to share our favourite christmas presents!
I got a lot of stuff and couldn't really pick a favourite, so here's my favourite present from my SO and the lovely card she sent me :3

My sister surprised me with a HUGE lockable jewlery case this year. I have several jewlery cases (and jewlery trees), but they are smaller and they are also all full... I dont have that much expensive stuff but I like variation. I did not think she would be this thoughtful and it is nice that she can recognize my "fun" side more. She did tell me that she has recently sort of found herself in that she wants to explore more in her own life (like going only for the jobs she really wants) and that's so exiting. I got her a nice silk scarf in her favourite colour too, which she really loved, so it was the best gift exchange ever!

My husband and I are giving each other a new kitchen table (which I will pay for) this year. We have a sort of table now, but it is too small and we promised that a friend could have it. So, when we get our table it will be a gift for her, too Also, my husband told me he will have an interview in January for a new, non shift job, which will mean no more working on weekends. I am very exited that he might get it! It would be the best gift of 2017.

SO does not celebrate Christmas, but he found time to record and send me a "Merry Christmas" video, partly in my language. I really love these small videos of his. I am going to send him something small "for new year".

My absolutely favourite Christmas present was seeing my mum being with us this Christmas and enjoying herself so much. We are very lucky to still have her.

My daughter and soon to be son-in-law got me 23 & Me, the full ancestry and health version, I'm super excited to send it out! My other favorite was a FitBit from my mom and dad. It was a very nice Christmas

I didn't get any presents. I told my SO and his family that taking me in for Christmas was enough. Time is the most precious gift you can give so my SO and I just were happy to spend the day together.

My favorite present was a pair of hiking socks that I use for keeping my feet warm biking in the winter.

On my last visit early December my boyfriend took me to the Michael Kors shop and said I can pick a wallet/purse that I've been eyeing on. So that was pretty cool.

Every year my mom gets me and my brother movie tickets that we have to use together. That's always my favourite 😊

My fave is a gorgeous necklace from my parents. Im still waiting for my OH's xmas present. He is also still waiting on his birthday present which was sent at the start of December and his xmas card and letter. I sent his xmas present from amazon India so it got there with plenty of time.

No presents for me to open either. Still waiting on my birthday present from my SO, so getting a Xmas present on time was never going to happen. My family now give my share to my daughter and she's too young to go shopping for me something.
