How much access?

Don't see a reason to give my SO access to such things.
It's not that I don't trust him... it's more I can't see why he needs it.
Why should he read my e-mails and such...

For me it's not a trust issue... just don't see the reason

That's sort of how it is with us...the only reason we know each other's passwords was because we wanted the other person to check for an important announcement (such as class being cancelled or a meeting location being moved) when we didn't have access to a computer. Neither of us had "smart" phones at the time, and I still don't, so we relied on each other to relay that information.

We don't have access to eachother's e-mail accounts or facebook, because I don't think it's necessary. I trust him completely, and if he ever asked then of course I'd give it to him. Some stuff is just personal, no matter how close you are.
