What melted you?

When we first started dating I had to have my gallbladder removed (went to the ER with an attack, and was admitted, it came out the next day). I had complications... couldn't feel one bit of the pain killers, so I felt like I had just had an organ removed. o_O Ended up staying for a week. Anyway, Rane, my brand new (like a couple weeks new) boyfriend was glued to his computer, kept the emails coming (woo hospital with wifi), kept telling me how important I was to him, would IM with me whenever I could manage it. He even got up in the middle of the night, every night to write and make sure I was okay. This just amazed me. And I knew that was it, he's a keeper.

She wrote songs about me, dozens of songs and it was quite something that she'd write them about me, then record herself singing then and then send them to me. It just gave me a feeling that I'd never experienced before, she's amazing ♥

One of mine was literally last night. We were texting each other when we were both out with our friends and out of nowhere he goes "You are the best thing to ever happen to me" I literally started crying right there in the bar, looking like an idiot.

Several other moments that melted me was I went on vacation with him to the Thousand Islands. Much of his family has cottages on the same island so I got to meet them. Knowing I play rugby, his grandfather actually got down in a ruck with me. His aunt bought sweet red wine because she knows I love sweet wine and they all told me I'm basically one of their family now, he doesn't have a choice

The first time I melted was a couple days before our relationship started. I was really depressed and he was trying to cheer me up but it wasn't really working and out of his own frustration said "Aww >_< I would do anything for you D: I want you to be happy =3" which little did he know really cheered me up and also gave me the courage to tell him how I felt about him

I also melted the first time he said to me that he wants me as his wife

There's other moments too but I can't think of them

ok well this is really hard because my SO does things to this day that make me melt

but one thing that really caught my attention about him, when we weren't dating or anything serious

i'm really close to my family, and a huuuge turn on to me is a family guy, or a guy who loves to be around family

so i have an 11 year old sister, and i don't know if any of you know the song "baby" by justin bieber haha.. but there's a rap part in it by ludacris, and she knows the entire verse, which i think is pretty sweet!

so she was singing it one night, and he heard her and thought she sounded awsome, and then on we'd skype and he'd tell me to bring my little sister in the room so she could rap

a lot of/most guys i met online would always tell her to go away

and i looked at him completely different after that because it was such a turn on that he wanted my sister to be in the room and to get involved

the big thing that she has done was actually make an attempt to get to know my mom (whom I live with) and my dad and his side of the family. That means a lot to me because like her, I am family oriented too, and I love that she made that effort

Okay I know I said just one thing... but the way he charms the disabled women I have worked with over the years, he is so sweet and yet totally respectful to them, he just spent an hour with Tara my new 'consumer' tonight via cam, and she is just glowing. It makes me so damn proud, my heart could burst from how good a human being he is!

I love it when he says something that is directly related to something that I have told him about my life. Example: I was just complaining about how slow my work computer was running and he was like "Skye needs to get on that"... I mean just the fact that he knew that Skye is the IT person at my company... I don't know. And then like a couple of weeks ago I was complaining about how the praise & worship band wasn't ready to start practicing so I couldn't do my job and he was like "you can't set up your slides?" I hardly remembered telling him what it was that I did at my church. It's just all of the little things that really snap into light the fact that he listens and wants to feel connected to my world!

One time he was showing me his hometown, and all the places he loved from where he grew up. And we were in a bell tower overlooking the city, and he was looking kind of intense, I asked him what was it with him. He told me 'I'm just in love' and then he hugged me!!!! It still gives me chills!

I melt everytime I get a migraine. I get them once every week or two and he has gotten good at sensing when I have one. He always feels so bad for me and tries hard to make me feel better. He's even more sympathetic and loving since he can't personally take care of me now. The pain fades every time he says "I don't want you to be in pain, I love you"
