As a guy, I feel needy and she is pretty satisfied either way. She has only come off needy once when we first met. And only slightly a few other times. With guys we try to play it cool or try to anyways.

I just look at any relationship as a song and dance. Sometimes the dance is slow, sometimes mid tempo, and sometimes super fast. It's knowing what song and dance is happening at one time and going with that beat. The phone call at the right time, the text at the right time, the right thing to say, the appropriate amount of texts, emails, and phone calls in a day, week, month etc. Every situation and relationship has a different beat.

There are days where I feel very needy, msging him, texting and calling, but usually it has a reason I explain and he always says he understands.
Sometimes he is having a worse day and gets a bit more needy and then I try to give back as much understanding and attention as I get from him.

We got into daily routine that suites our lives but if either of us needs it we bend it.

We are taught that being needy is something wrong... it's not.

In loving relationship our emotional needs should be met back, both ways, to our own abilities.
“We're all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness — and call it love — true love.”
