Was suppose to be my wedding day... 10-10-10

Today was suppose to be our wedding day as most of you know. We are together this weekend...thank GOD. I decided to do a thanksgiving dinner...just in case we can't do another visit before the holiday.

I am happy today.

But also their is an underlying tone in my mood today...I am bummed. I want what I want NOW.

Yes...a temper tantrum from yours truly.

Awe sweetie! That sucks, I would be horribly bummed too. I bet it was on your So's mind too. It'll happen eventually, sawying your vows and being legally married doesn't change your bond!

I'd be cranky too. And I'm sure it's on his mind as well.

At least you know it was pushed back due to circumstances beyond your control, and not because of something wrong with the two of you.

The day will pass. Just spend it being together and in love...which is what you would have done anyway! I'd even suggest throwing on some music and dancing together, and having cake.

I think in this case a temper tantrum is totally understandable This was supposed to be your day after an already very long and difficult wait.

But you're strong and we all know you can do this I'm so happy you at least get to be with your loved one on this day and even without a ceremony don't waste a second in making it absolutely wonderful!

You're handling that 'tantrum' better than you think, dear. At the very, very least you're together for that date even if it's not under the circumstances they were supposed to be. I'd rather be with my guy on the day our wedding was supposed to be than spend it alone, I'd feel worse. Stay strong, girl.

Incidentally, I remember Tanja saying last year on 09-09-09 that she always thought dates like that would be good days to get married on, I thought it was a bit.. random, but I guess she's not the only one to think that haha!
