    Honestly, this is probably three kinds of unhealthy, but we usually just have it out for a while, sleep it off, and then apologize the next day.
    Both of us get cranky when we don't have enough sleep/food lol, and we are both also the type of people that, when something bothers us, we need to have a good yell at you, and then we're done. I guess it's good in a way because we never keep things bottled up haha. From the outside, our fights probably seem intense, but we both kind of have an understanding that we just need to get it out of our system. The next day, a quick apology and an "I love you" is almost always enough, and we go back to normal :P
