Cucaratcha, I was going to suggest that. But I think Emma-Louise is 16, so that's a bit different. Chances are her parents paying for the trip so it's not that easy.

(and *sigh* now the whole LFAD community thinks I'm a bad friend.... we invited her to a party, there would have been occasion to have a heart-to-heart with me. She didn't even answer to that. I'm not going to compromise on boyfriend-time, though. I wouldn't expect any of my friends to do that either. If that makes me a bad friend, then so be it.)

Być tam, zawsze tam, gdzie Ty.

I don't think you're a bad friend. If I had only a few days with my boyfriend, I wouldn't want to go out of my way to see a friend who lives back home just because they're there too. Time is too precious.

And I pay for my train. We're just both young enough to have to pay attention to our parents. Come a year and a half I'm not a child anymore. And I'm going to be with my boyfriend whenever I want. We're only apart for so long because my parents say No.
Although this distance breaks my heart,
And it's unbearable when we're apart,
I know that it will all be fine,
      As my heart is yours,
      And yours is mine.. <3
