After reading 8 pages of amazing LDR stories I decided not to lurk, and finally gush to people who understand what it means to spend a LOT of time alone in exchange for the few days you get to spend with your love.
I'm Tia from Melbourne, Australia and he's Bryan, from Niagara Falls Canada. It takes almost 34 hours to get from my house to his, but it's completely worth it. I'm 25 and he's 30 - we were friends for five years (from my first trip to Canada) and after re-connecting in 2009 we knew our lives would never be the same.
After he visits later in the year I'm planning to make the move.
