My SO knows the site (sorta) and knows I post stuff. I doubt he ever gets on here much or cares about what I post. He is the most impossible person to embarass about anything. I tried to get him into some more of the LDR list activities, but it didn't work as much as I would have liked.

I found this forum first when I was searching for things about LDRs..I told him about it on Skype one day and told him he should check it out. He thought it was really neat that there were so many people who are in a long distance relationship just like us and decided to join. It makes me happy that we both have accounts and can share things with one another. It's something we can share together, whether it be topics we read/discuss or even a story someone posts. Not too mention, there are so many people on this site that have been through what we are going through and it's helpful to us. Everyone on this site is so great! (: It was also good that I told him about the site because he had read a post I had put on the site about wanting to close the distance and that opened up a lot for us about living together. Now we're 100 percent for it. Sweet success!

My husband knows about this site and I have nothing to hide from him. As a matter a fact, when I was posting his quirks that some what annoys me but not enough, he was listening to me. I have invited him to join but he would like to give me my own private place to vent. If in the future he decides to join, I invite him to read everything that I have posted. We have no secretes from each other and that's what makes a relationship strong like ours.

I think my SO kind of knows. He saw the site in my recently visited websites when he was last visiting and made a comment about it. But, I don't think he'd ever really take the time to come on here or anything. I don't post pictures of us or our names. I'd like to maintain that privacy. I'm sure he could figure out who I am by reading my posts though, not that I have anything to hide. If he really wanted to know I'd show him, haha.

Mine doesn't know about LFAD yet; I'm planning to show him the site when I give him the bracelet I bought. Once or twice I've dropped hints when we've been chatting and he's asked what I'm up to ("oh, just posting on a relationship forum... nope, can't tell you which one yet!"), but he's used to my teasing and can't be bothered to enquire further anymore

I told him that Im on a forum for people in a LDR but not the specific name... But he is not in the Internet that much so he doesn't really care\\ Someday everything will all make perfect sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything //
\\ happens for a reason //
\\ We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing //
\\ When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy.” //
\\They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, I told them they didn’t understand life!! //

My SO knows that I post here, and he also knows my name. I discuss what I read here sometimes, but I don't want him to read everything I post. He is okay with that, but I know he sometimes views my latest posts, and then I get embarrassed. But generally, I'm okay with him knowing and reading. Just some posts I wish I didn't have to worry about.
