I'm the type of person who LOVES giving gifts. For no reason, or any occasion I can come up with. Sometimes it's nothing, and sometimes it's something big.
Recently my boyfriend made a huge amount of changes in his life. He went out and moved into a new apartment, changed jobs and took about a million other steps I just couldn't believe. I'm so proud of him so I wanted to get him a special gift. I know he moved for me and it cost him a large amount of money so I decided being the gamer he is but without a system, that I would buy him an xbox 360.
Yesterday he figured out the gift and is STOKED. It made me so proud to make him so happy. Luckily, he knows he never has to give me gifts like this, I don't expect them at all, it's just something I do when I can to see him happy.
Is anyone else like this in a relationship? How does their SO feel about it?

I'm in the process of sending my SO a necklace and a hankerchief with my scent on it, amongst other things, for our anniversary

For the first of his birthdays I was with him for, I made him a zombie survival kit- I filled a box with The Zombie Survival guide, a flashlight, rubber ninja stars and nunchucks, freeze-dried food etc- he LOVED it!
