    Unusual affections?

    This threat is a bit belated, but I digress. A few days ago my SO was being unusually affectionate with me. Not that I have a problem with it, but usually I'm the more lovey-dovey one. Is this something to be concerned about? I was wondering if any of your SO do similar things

    Why would it be concerning? My SO is sometimes more affectionate/loving than normal. He is actually the more affectionate one but sometimes when he's really invested in something it's as if I don't exist for a few days or hours, like he has tunnel vision. I always appreciate moments when I get all of his attention and he's being extremely affectionate. Enjoy it

      Joe and I are pretty cheesy and lovey-dovey, but sometimes he really surprises me with the adorable or sweet things he says!

      Why would you be concerned? :P Cherish those sweet sweet moments and always remember them if things get tough or you're missing him.

        I don't think that is anything to be concerned about at all! My So and I both have times where we tend to be more affectionate or lovey dovey. Some days are normal, and some days I can't stop complimenting him on how sweet he is being!

        Think it's totally normal.

          That sounds just sweet. Perhaps he is learning from you? If you find it is a bit too much you can alway let him know.

            Emotion is fluid, some days I love Obi more than others, and need to express it more. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

              My SO is always be affectionate with me! But I think it's OK,it's not to be concerned about, maybe he has a bad mood sometimes or something like that ,these all influences.

                My SO is overly hyper this morning; he's a chatterbox who keeps on texting me and he told me he bought me a lot of Japanese Kit-Kats. I was weirded out by his behavior.

                Me: Why are you too sweet and hyper today? It's weird. It's like you overdosed on something.
                SO: Well, I overdosed on you last night.

                Point is, we all have our super duper sweet days and super duper grumpy days in our relationship. Don't be too paranoid dear.
