Saw this "craft" idea on Pinterest. I made one for my honey and wrote a quick note on it to send to him for our anniversary.

The note said "I have a hand and you have another, put them together and we have each other. No matter the miles apart, you're always in my heart."

Aww, it's a love heart in the middle ^^ Definitely going to have to make one straight away. I've been aching to do something for my SO, to have something to send him, and I think this will be perfect. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

Edit: I added a my engagement ring to it. There's a little bump on each side of my finger on the one 'hand' and then I've also drawn the ring on I also outlined the heart with red on the inside so that it would be more obvious to my SO, just in case he didn't see it :P
