I've never been able to find good quality ones which dont look terrible. Im not keen on buying them from online because colours arent always the same as they are on the site. I know my mum's bouquet was silk flowers but the place she got hers from dont seem to do them now which is a shame. I guess i'll have to look harder!

I got my flowers from Michael's in Canada. They are great for all things arty.
Happily married to the little Canadian boy I never thought I'd meet in person

I want to save money, so I'm not going to get a bouquet. Instead, my cousin is going to make a bouquet as a part of the wedding present. It is a way to save money if you think it's too expensive.
It's also very expensive here in Denmark. It cost more than 100 USD just for a small bouquet!

I have considered other alternatives to flowers at our wedding because neither of us are really interested in them, and would prefer to save the money. I have looked at some DIY paper flower tutorials that look quite promising. Also, I came across a lollipop bouquet on offbeat bride. I fell in LOVE. This is absolutely perfect for me, a sugar junkie. I might not get them, because I don't know how much they cost, but one can dream...

I'm going to have a flower bouquet. It comes with the package I purchased with my venue. Maybe you could see if your venue does anything like that?

However, I do love the horseshoe idea! I think it also makes sense you're from the UK. As far as I know, most UK brides carry a horseshoe when they get married.

I have terrible allergies so flowers are out of the question for me anyway, at least the real ones are
